Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items without original packaging or with visible signs of use will not be accepted.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@heybuyshoes.info with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@heybuyshoes.info.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us with your order number and photo evidence of the issue.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if prepaid).
